A good list can not be prepared unless of people with good experiences with regulatory regulations and cryptocurrencies, these people have access to information and therefore they can keep those list accurate and up-to-date.

You can find a lot of menus but unfortunately countries either are not clear in regulations' or has some legal vote and even those that have banned cryptocurrencies have not been tried or imprisoned only because they have bitcoin or Altcoins.

Thus, except for the Salvador, most of the countries are classified as an assets.

Looks like the account recently changed hands if bpip.org is anything to go by:  https://bpip.org/Profile?id=2492106

Then there's the user's profile page which shows the UID is actually three year's old (which lends itself towards the account has been sold recently):

I am from Asia and many of the countries here don't have the fundamental problem with cryptocurrency and they are allowing their people to hold and trade Bitcoin...except for China and North Korea, of course. While many countries don't have a formal laws specifically made for the cryptocurrency industry, many are looking at Bitcoin just like forex. I am expecting that in the coming years, many of these countries will be able to look at cryptocurrency and be a part of the bandwagon when they can see the economic advantage of it. In the meantime, short-sighted countries may ban Bitcoin and will not allow related business to flourish but we are hoping it can be changed later on. As to the full list of countries allowing Bitcoin, just go and search for it in Google.

I could say that Philippines is considered a crypto-friendly country. However, I had a feeling that their stance in the crypto and blockchain space is kinda greyish as the Philippine central bank doesn’t endorse cryptocurrencies despite being friendly towards it. Most of the banks in the Philippines aren’t crypto-friendly, except for Unionbank who has it’s own government-regulated crypto ATM and secured a digital banking license.

List of countries where cryptocurrency is legal
"Philippines"
So warming to hear but actually not yet considered legal, and still aiming and backfiring some potential warning about crypto gaming such as axie infinity and many more. What problems about our country is lack of execution on those provision or at least idea how the crypto system works. They should study and learn so they can implement a good solution to the regulation issues that rises.

I know very well that many countries have not adopt the uses of cryptocurrency or legalize it's adoption, some of the countries still tagging cryptocurrency especially bitcoin a source or avenue of making embezzlement of funds, and this castigations is carried out by government personnel's, but from my view it's seems that about hundred percent (%100) of countries trade cryptocurrency secretly. So getting the comprehensive list of country that allows the flows of cryptocurrency or legalize crypto, the accurate analysis result can be obtain through internet.

You just go to a search engine such as google.com or https://duckduckgo.com if you want a more privacy oriented search engine and type in the term you are looking for such as legality of bitcoin by country and read the results. For example the first result from wikipedia has a somewhat decent list, although some information there may be outdated or outright wrong but you get the general idea.

Keep in mind that some countries may have different laws about cryptocurrencies than what they have about bitcoin, for example in many places ICOs are just illegal to run or invest in while bitcoin is legal.
