I guess, it is better to regulate cryptocurrency in India rather than banning it!...simply, crypto will help them improved their living!..crypto give more benefits especially when they are open minded and willing to learn!..crypto is the new age money for many people nowadays!..crypto is the evolution that we never wonder!..and crypto is one of the best thing that is happening now?..so why do they banned?

The Indian bitcoin community keeps fighting for their rights to operate freely in the country like any other industry. The latest show of defiance is a petition to the court against the actions of the Reserve Bank of India by the operators of a local exchange.

The court has been issued notices to RBI as well as Finance ministry. Let's hope for a good news.

You are unaware it means that few countries had long back only have banned cryptocurrenices in their country and recently too some strict actions has being taken like banning ICO, trading in few countries. So you stating that it can never be ban is absolutely wrong.
If India bans bitcoin, that does not mean that the users will stop trading altogether and they wont be able to trade their coins, the best thing they can do is to ban the exchanges running inside India , bitcoin is a global market and you can trade anywhere in the world and make arrangements to reach your money to your personal accounts.

It can never be a ban people... It can only be a regulation...

The above will be applicable to India.. The above will be applicable to every country

they are already taxing normal crypto wallets, don't think they will actually take such a radical step when other governments like s.korea, u.s.a are showing positive indications towards crypto trading. on the other side banning might not be a prudent idea as it will result in loss in revenue. just another FUD news to keep the fire going.

The government on Tuesday 21st February 2018 announced that they are soon going to introduce a new bill in the parliament to ban unregulated deposit schemes, Cryptocurrency trading in India, with a view to curb illegal practices and duping of innocent investors.

if you are owner of this news portal then you should adopt any other option for news .
bcoz govt did not mention cryptocurrency trading ban single time .

Currently the trading is not ban but government is awaiting the report from the panel which they have setup and it might be possible that government may ban it considering things are not moving much in right direction for the crypto currency from the beginning of the year.
