How does it work?
After both parties have mutually agreed upon the terms of the transaction one of the parties contacts CEA to initiate the escrow transaction. Once details of transaction have been received, CEA will provide the original contact party with a PGP signed escrow contract.
Once funds has been successfully received in the escrow account from one or both parties the escrow process will be completed and the funds according to the terms of the PGP signed escrow contract will be fulfilled.
How can you be trusted?
Although I may not be most vocal member here, i have in fact been a registered member on BCT since late 2010 and have traded with many other BCT members in that time without incident or issue.
I'm also a member at the ExchangeMoneyForum by the username vvconline where i have been a member since early 2010 and hold a 30+ i-trader rating which can be verified Here (you must be logged in to view the rating!)
More over, I'm also a member at TalkGold by the username cylon where i have been a member since mid 2010 and a seller of Virtual and Physical prepaid card products without incident or issue.
CEA Service Fee
Service fee deducted per escrow transaction is 0.50% which is payable by one or both parties.
