Let's suppose you hire someone from here on the forum (an anonymous forum person), that person creates an exchange for you, how are you going to make sure that person has done a good job coding? Do you intend to hire a third party to audit the code programmed by the anonymous forum person? look at the costs of it all.

My suggestion, if you are not a programmer I suggest you hire a reliable person near your home, or near your city or a company from your country. But do not look for anonymous person and the internet. The situation would be very different if you were a programmer and were lazy, in which case you would just hire someone anonymous from the internet and you could do the follow-up (constantly auditing the code and each time the anonymous person reported the progress of what would be making )

you should listen to this advice. its not like hiring a bounty manager that you can easily find here and would do the community management as well without full supervision. even those with skilled object oriented programmers has to constantly communicate with their employers. you will need an office for your company anyway so you should set it up and stay there with your developers. exchanges has to register to the government so it has to physically have a real address.

Right, doing crypto exchanges takes a lot of effort not just for developers but from the people behind. I mean, you don't have any experience, and then hiring someone you really don't know, what are the chances that those people are not going to give you shitty project, besides, they can create a exchanges that has a backdoor? So the best option is to really hire people within your area that you can talk and discuss everything what you wanted. Communication is important, also you need to get someone who can test and see if everything is working fine. You can accomplished it by having people in your side all the time. And don't buy ready made scripts as well, again there is the risk that the code is somewhat messy, hard to configure and has vulnerabilities.
