seems like they sent out this form to a bunch of people that are waiting for a refund. Let's see if they will actually pay out the refunds, and not stick to empty promises like they've been doing so far

Hello nothing garantee me of real calling...today i payd 20 euro on Spanish website finance data and now i have all data of company...now i have a name of manager and all team, now how can i proceeding to try to returning money?legal action for manager? thanks for help me

Hmm... Which site is this? can you paste it here? please do it in a way where you replace the actual dot with "(dot)" so it'll be like google(dot)com

Also, anyone knows what is spain's stance in regards of crytocurrency companies? are they required to be registered in order to operate?

Hmm, so the customer support only told you to wait for the manager? What's the guarantee there is a real manager? What if the one who answers you is the 'manager' itself?

Don't get your hope too high, I think it's time to prepare a dispute case if that's even possible.

If you’re based in the EU, I think your best bet is to open a dispute case with the european commission which you can do on www.europa.eu

Seems like a very probable scam from the information you've provided us. Had to go a bit out of my way to do a whois lookup for this io website, but the site seems to have been created sometime in November of 2018. Not a great sign.

Asicminervalue's also known to have scammy sites in their 'trusted vendors' section; I personally do not look at that section of the site at all and I usually buy from places where I have buyer protection or I buy straight from an ASIC manufacturer, but I suspect some scam sites pay Asicminervalue money to be listed there or something of the sort.

They came up with a good excuse since I've seen multiple situations like this in the last few months but the fact that their website is still up and running is clearly suspicious. They are probably trying to delay an answer as much as possible until they are going to completely disappear.

So, their bank accounts are closed "because they are a cryptocurrency business" but there is no news or announcement about this anywhere and they keep accepting orders? I don't buy it.

Sounds like a clean scam for me if they don't refund you.

Can't speak for the others but I wouldn't jump to something new and doesn't have sufficient reviews which is the case for this one.

Well I hope you get your money back, I saw reviews on cryptocompare and on their sns, you're not the only one. It might also be worth a shot to link the support team to this thread, it could help pick up the pace since their reputation is at risk.

Thanks for your comment. I ordered from them since they had the best price on the s9 hydro, and seemed like a legit company based on social media and reviews. They were also listed as trusted seller on asicminervalue.com and cryptominer.deals.
Anyways, I’ll keep you guys informed if I’d get any refund or miner from them.

A few months ago I placed an order to buy a miner on the mineroo.io website.
I paid over €800 upfront for an antminer s9 hydro + radiator.
Owned by the company “crypto financial life SL” based in Madrid.
I contacted them multiple times to ask about the status of my order. Every time I was told that it would be shipped out shortly. Then, I received an e-mail stating that they had problems with their supplier, asking the question if I’d like to get a refund or proceed with the order. Obviously I asked for a refund since I didn’t see any progress with the order of the miner. Now, a few weeks later again, I received an other e-mail stating that their bank accounts are closed because they are a cryptocurrency business.
All of this seems very odd to me, And would recommend everyone to think twice before ordering on that website. I SUGGEST NOT TO  ORDER ANYTHING ON THEIR WEBSITE UNTIL THIS HAS BEEN SORTED OUT. I will update this thread if they kept their promise and deliver the miner or refunded my money.
