Your friend should have PMed me instead of this new guy... I've been buying/selling accounts for months now, I was the first account trader here, and I've never had any problems. All it takes is a bit of professionalism.
Post the accounts username here, at least that way it'll be useless to him.

You need to provide some proofs that you actually (or your friend) sold anything to that guy.
And that he did not pay you.
