I will put in a scam report on Monday if nothing changes. Their time zone is 12 hours ahead of mine, should have had enough time.

I been delaying on the report because of a few reasons. The youtuber shows his face, sure he could still be in on it also....

I made this thread late at night after reading those reviews and hoped someone else had used it. I meant to put a "?" In the title, I was mostly panicking.

My plan has been to just keep contacting them every day, they answer at least.

If they would have contacted me within 48 hours saying there would be a delay, I'd feel more comfortable. To me I felt as if my order wasn't important enough to ship. Still feel that way.

Update. Today they said it would be shipping or they would compensate lost earnings. I emailed them to see how they planned on doing this

"A simple Google search..."

Yes, thank you. Good advice.

Even with it on all the miner sites
 asicminervalue.com
Cryptocompare.com
Whattomine.com

Oh and redpanda on YouTube
He gave me the 50 off code

If it is a scam, the only way to tell would be the reviews
Although technically redpanda did and received miners...

Should have. Still not technically scamed but it's setting in

And yes it was the l3

It's highly recommended that you open a scam accusations in the scam section if ever you did not get the products, at least you can warn others about the company, don't believe on the positive reviews when searching for a product or service online scammers are paying these Youtube influencers to give them positive feedbacks, look for bad reports and check if the bad reviews are legit by checking the uploaded details.

I've never heard about this site before. I can't 100% say it's scam, but fake reviews on website looks shady and it's not good sign. Not that much time passed since you made order, so maybe there is still chance left that you will get it.
But next time before ordering something online, don't blindly believe in reviews left on website and make little research on Google.

Oh my god, what kind of answer is this?
They will unpack every miner and do a video about it? Is your miner the first they ever saw so they need to make a presentation for it?

As an encouragement, you might be lucky, cryptominerbros is for sure shady and unreliable, they've definitely tried some shilling around even on this forum but they still do send some gear around, probably they do a lot of selective scamming and if the user makes enough noise they finally send the gear. But they've also had a habit of sending used gear that will have no warranty.

Pure curiosity, what have you bought? 3 items for 3k, where those antminers l3?

Updated: They sent an email saying it's shipped with 5-7 days, but I asked them for the tracking number because they didn't send one..

I haven't found one creditable review of the place, I'll be the first...

That's not small amount you spent there, a simple google might save you going through this. Well, anyways, keep us updated, and wish you good luck.

Sad part is I've been burned before. Well not like this, everything on the surface with this website seems legit. They answered my questions before I ordered and responded with a day of me messaging with them.

But, yeah I didn't look at user names or read those reviews until after... even the users on asicminervalue.com are very close in name.

Not to mention almost all the reviews were only done on that site and no where else. Basically created the account for only that one review. They sound more like an ad pitching the site then them actually buying a product

Hi
I ordered 3 miners and was wondering if anyone had any trouble with receiving their order?

Order placed on July 3rd

On July 6 informed me there would be a delay due to them making a test video

Said another 72 to 96 hours
well you should make research mate before placing order. In fact using simple research you obtained information about that service. Because you know i saw a bunch of feedbacks that saying that site having a fake positive review since they received a lot problem from their costumer when it comes the purchased item . Maybe you're not aware in such things mate? Btw tag this one as a scam project so that everyone here is aware on that site.

I didn't really investigate as much as I should have... they had banners on profit calculators for asic and recommendations from miners on YouTube.

I don't see any way to upload screenshots?
I'll repost soon

I didn't ask ask about the shipment until the 8th.
My previous chat was about my order status.

I just couldn't find any reviews now that I've actually sent them money. Thought I'd ask around

You ask around before sending money, not after. Be very careful. So many scams are advertised anywhere on the web and apps. Do not trust before you verify.

Cryptominerbros are shady. They do have fake reviews on their home page with random images picked from the web and LinkedIn profiles

Look at the reviews on Trustpilot. The positive reviews are of invited accounts and are fake. Focus on the negative reviews (https://www.trustpilot.com/review/cryptominerbros.com)

Just hope for the best at this point.

My order through their website

Our emails about shipping

This is a big amount you should escalate it to a scam accusation by creating a thread in the scam section, once create people will be aware of their reputation, you already read about their activities and yet you take the risk, it's a costly mistake, if those reports are not legit they would have answered those bad reports, now you are part of the buyers who got scammed.

It would be better if you include some screenshots (cover the confidential info), chat logs and other info. Considering this just few days ago, have you follow up their support regarding your order?
I see lots of accusations against them online, but I cant decide if they're totally scam or just irresponsible merchants but with that negative reviews, I guess they are probably scam.

And this thread suit on scam accusations.
