this is just a ponzi scheme masked by mining operation.
there are few details that should taken in account:
- first of all the ROI. with that amount they can just grab a loan from a bank that would be cheaper to repay!
- there is not real sign of real mining operation starting from 2016 (like shares in a mining pools or block produced).

Nice try but not quite, don't think we are ignorant here, We know about Crypto recovery scammers, and you just laid out a perfect example of one. You look for potential desperate victims and then make a reply claiming that you managed to recover funds yet in actual sense you are waiting for the victim to send you the recovery service fee and scam them.
