I created a scam accusations on this cloud mining on scam section because they are not sending me my withdrawal request after 3 weeks but after 5 weeks I received my withdrawal but I will not change my post I will still consider this as a scam site because of the so many complaints about this cloud mining site.
It legit surprises me that they sent you your funds. Did you make clear that you have a scam accusation post on this forum against them? If so, it might have been a desperate attempt to not allow their "reputation" to get even shittier.

The bear market made sure that a whole lot less people become a victim of these scams, but I'm already thinking about what's going to happen during the next bull run. I'm sure (unfortunately) that we will replicate what happened in 2017.
More scams are bound to happen the moment we start climbing out of this long bear market we're currently in; there's less interest in crypto due to the bear market we're in that's discouraged people from investing in crypto as a whole, and those that are still in crypto right now are pretty aware of most of the scams out there related to things like cloudmining, but the only thing we can really do in the meantime is teach people a few common characteristics of scam sites and what things to stay away from.

I would still consider this a scam site even after OP received his/her funds; it's very possible the site paid out the OP just to reel in more people to scam.
Paying out on early phase is always been a behavior of a certain cloud mining scam website. They tend to pay out and accumulate some amount threshold before they would
ran all the money.
With this bearish market even we do say that there are less scam as of these days but there are still some greedy bastards who do fall with some few number of obvious scams. They do never learn.

Good decision! A lot of ppl fall to ponzi schemes because they think that if it's paying, it's legitimate which is ofc a big misconception. It could also be the reason why they're too lax to bother with infos which triggers red flag.

Welp. This one is definitely one of those ponzis and it's just a matter of time before they exit, good thing you got your money out before it happens.

there was a big boom some three years ago but it's not attractive anymore and people already considered it a ponzi scheme

after many people lost money with ponzi sites like Hashocean, Top Mine and other ponzi site that I've forgotten the name. the popularity of cloud mining sites drop a lot because they did not bring satisfactory returns to their customers. But the owners of these cloud mining were making big profits. with the decline of the bitcoin price, has become the end of legitimate cloud mining

in fact, you can buy a script without showing your machines.

Ok, my opinion...In first time www.cryptominingfarm.io was www.cryptomining.farm. This is the nature of young age of domain. 4 years paying is a good goal. And now they will go to the https://cfpay.app/ to continue payments up to 15%. But only if you have a KYC complete. If you don't want kyc there is a new Virtualminingfarm: https://investmonitor.xyz/virtualminingfarm-cloud-mining-review/

Forum members who promote obvious ponzi schemes that pretend to be cloud miners run a good chance of getting negative trust.

Why does the caliper not work? I wrote to  [email protected]. And in response to silence! Hello! How can I turn off two-factor authentication. To enter the site to enter your account! My phone broke and now I can't go in! What should I do? Help! I installed an extension on the PC. The authenticator generates confirmation codes (Totp) 2-step in your browser. Now I need to authenticate again. But I can’t log into my account.

Simple checking domain would have told you that this is nothing but ponzi scheme. They claim their "service" is paying since 2014:

..while their domain is less than 1 year old:
Code:
Dates 242 days old
Created on 2018-04-11
Expires on 2027-04-11
Updated on 2018-06-19
http://whois.domaintools.com/cryptominingfarm.io

This is much better sign that something is wrong:

...or, their unrealistic ROI calculator https://www.cryptominingfarm.io/faq/profit-calculator promising sustainable income for the next 15 years which is one big lie.

So I checked the site.. Yeah. 🤦

Come on people. Lots of scams like these have closed down already in the past, and this is definitely no different.

The site even says "No Difficulty Increase". That itself should be a red sign. Also, it also says somewhere below the middle of the homepage: "Paying since 2014"; so I looked at their whois information, and the domain was registered just quite recently this year(2018-04-11). This, mind you, is just less than 5 minutes worth of research.

CryptominingFarm.io no longer pays.
40 days retaining my BTC funds.
Your customer service does not respond to user complaints.
For that reason today I have started a lawsuit according to the terms and conditions of the site:

"Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or related to this contract or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Thailand Arbitration Center in force at the time, and shall be under the administration of THAC Thailand Arbitration Center. "

There I started an arbitration in www.talkDD.com where there are already many complaints of users and is not responsible for the site. Apart from that I have started a lawsuit in the Administrative Court of Chian Mai (Thailand) both to CryptominingFarm and LifeTime Technologies which is the mother company of this SCAM.

As you have news about this demand I will continue uploading information.

They will learn to stop cheating people. Anyone who wants to join the demand can go to the TalkDD page and start there, then if they want to join a joint demand they can write me here and inform them how to continue.

regards

They might not even be located in Thailand for all we know. They could well be lying about their physical location easily, and even if you complain to an arbitrator or whatnot, I really don't think anything will materialize.

The service in question is obviously a scam. Another one of these cloud mining sites that are most likely not mining, running a ponzi and scamming its users.

Remember that cloud mining that is real is rarely profitable. If anyone promises you returns that are outrageously good like this site, then nine times out of ten you'll find that cloud mining is simply the cover story for their real intentions, which is to rip people off, and eventually exit scam.

To OP, your lawsuit will not really do anything but ok it's up to you to push it.

Can't understand why you just put money on a site without doing a "little" research on it. Come on, don't rely on something that will just give you earnings while you are asleep. We can't reason here that you are newbie to those things as we all have common sense to understand something.

Well then, charged it to your experience. Don't know the amount loss involved to you but accept that it's already a loss.

It's another one of the cloud mining sites which are simply not mining, it seems.

Definitely not a rare occurcence whatsoever. In fact, most of these no name cloud mining sites that aren't officially partnered with any big mining rig manufacturers or pools are most likely running a ponzi, even if they are paying right now.

Just go to their profit calculator and see the absurd payouts that are being promised. They are also offering free hashrate for new signups, which is a warning sign since legitimate businesses simply cannot afford to do this, if they are planning to pay out the profits. I honestly think that the chances of you resolving this withdrawal issue is slim, even if you go through the legal channel.

There have been a scam accusations against them:

"They will learn to stop cheating people."

I'm not sure about that, as long as there are people who don't used common sense, people behind this site will just reinvent themselves with new names that's why its very important to make your own research and not just blindly trusting a website that claims 130% ROI.

Isn't that site already become scam long time ago? And they're probably just ponzi or hyip site which is huge chance to become scam.

I don't think this is their real address...
