You should be careful with that service. Their site is very fishy and it all resembles a scam. You have other service trusted platforms you can work with and have no Risks.

Most probably it is not yours but their foul.
The site seams to be a big scam.
I have deposited different coins into their online wallet and I'm not able to withdrawal any of them now. They just keep them on pending (DOGE, DASH, LTC).
The support does not reply to my emails (tickets) anymore and what they are doing is definitely FRAUD!

These people coming up with false answers.  Roll Eyes
There has never been any captcha when entering in your credentials upon log in.

They have this message when logging in now:

BITCOIN and DOGECOIN are on maintenance. Recently received transactions are not reflected on your account till we finish re-scanning the blockchain. No outgoing transaction can be sent either. Once syncing operations are finished, all incoming transactions will be deposited to your account.

I just checked their help section and these might be the problem with password authentication as what support was trying to grab at straws:

or

for a transaction

Good luck

Could you try to clear your browser cache and retry to see if it works, if not you could also try using a vpn to change your proxy which could do the trick most of the time, if still not after trying those then the problem is with them and not you
I have already tried that method. I STILL get the error message.

I also tried accessing with a different IP address and still no success.

I honestly think the site is broken. Seems like there has been issues logging into the site the last month. Support is an utter joke.

Have you tried using a different browser in accessing the site? And what about your internet speed? It sometimes happens to me that no captcha appears but then it takes time to load the page and at the end you will se a captcha.
I have. Still get the same error message.

I don't think speed has anything to do with it. The site page loads completely. No other site has a 'loading' issue.

Hey guys,

I have been looking at Cryptonator to trade btwn BTC and other altcoins online. I have an account with them and recently tried to access it. I got the "Invalid email/login or password" text and decided to reset my password since my email was correct. I got the new password and tried to access my account again and got the same "Invalid email/login or password" text. So, I decided to contact support about my issue. I got a message back from them that said:

Hello

> Thanks for reaching out
>
> According to our logs you were entering incorrect capcha
>

Problem is, there is no CAPTCHA on their page. Looks like the login page is broken. Anyone have this problem as well? I cannot download their API for a smartphone nor can I get their browser addon.

What's up with Cryptonator?
