I am testing  this:

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/ann-cryptonight-profit-switcher-for-pool-mined-coins-and-nicehash-4419440

and it does make sense. IF you have enough hashrate otherwise isn't that useful.

But if you do, just select some coin you believe in, and you can switch optimize your hashrate in function of the difficulty

Nowadays, I guess that majority pool use PPLNS payment method and it does not allow pool hopping.
But if you can find several pools with PROP payment method this can work, but I do not know an automated way to change the pool / coin by profitability.

Lastly, as the other user said, you need to sell immediately to get profit in this case, so that means that you need to do it manually at least the transfer and sell.

Profit-switching is useless if you do not immediately sell the coins you mine. (Pretty impractical to do yourself for CN coins, due to the relatively high tx fees.)
If you want to make bank on surging CN shitcoins, try the moneroocean pool. It does algo switching for you and immediately sells the shitcoins for XMR, so you don’t have to bother. (For them it’s also practical, since they’re trading higher amounts, obviously.) Only CN7 coins, though.

I used the search and looked around the forum for some time but could not find what I was looking for.  I am looking for a cpu miner that algo switches based on profit.  I am looking for a non windows version  (I am running ubuntu).  CPU coins I am looking to algo switch would be coins like :

Monero (XMR)
Intense (ITNS)
Graft (GRFT)
Stellite (XTL)
Bytecoin (BCN)
Electroneum (ETN)
DigitalNote (XDN)
LeviarCoin (XLC)
Karbo (KRB)
Sumokoin (SUMO)
Haven (XHV)
Aeon (AEON)
Turtlecoin (TRTL)

Can someone help and point me in the right direction?
