Just change your receiving address at kano pool to a real wallet address like an electrum address and you should receive the full amount from the kano pool. I don't know where you are located but lately both Payza and Skrill accept uploading funds from Bitcoin and convert them directly in dollars if this can be of any help to you.

I d not use pre-pay services. I use Coinbase for exchange to Fiat.
Speaking of services, this is a Services question and ya should look/post in the Currency exchange section.

no , its not the card fees.... i also pay prepay card fees.
i will change my address to electrum wallet , and i will transfer btc to cryptopay , for converting to USD.

you know some other prepay services ?

No it is not ok and no other wallets have that limit. They may be doing it because it is a card and is how they make their money but nonetheless they are skimming off a large part of your earnings as a hidden fee.

Hi,
Im new in crypto world and i want to ask ,
i opened cryptopay wallet with prepay card , i noticed that kano's pool sending me payment for example 0.00019389 , im reciveng 0.0001 in my cryptopay wallet.
i contacted them and i have been told that "cryptopay doesn't process amounts with more than 4 decimals"

what do you think ? all the wallets acting like this ? its ok ?
