I would say that they take 14 days to proccess your refund.
I had the same issue with two different cards (Shakepay and Coinizy), and in both of them, my balance was automatically updated with the value refunded after exactly 14 days. It has something to do it the way their banks operate, so you will probably need to wait.

Hello I have vcc from cryptopay. I paid for it on store and but order was canceled. My card was charged and that store told me that they sent me refund back to my card.
I don´t see that refund in my cryptopay card when I check it on site.
Can anyone tell me who have experiences with cryptopay how long it can take until I will see that refund on my card?
