So, according to your video, cryptopay.me justs changes the third digit of the bitcoin address to withdraw into their own accounts ?
But, the new address so formed would not be a valid bitcoin address, hence it would not be able to send bitcoins to that address !
I don't know the correct reason what it could be caused by, but maybe its related to your system ?

This is not Cryptopay's fault. It's actually malware running on your PC which changes any Bitcoin address you copy to the one of the malware author.
