The only problem that I've experienced recently was I wasn't able to log in because the page just kept on loading, finally it was back to normal again. Seems that most exchanges have an issue in regards to solving a ticket, customers couldn't do anything but to wait.
Yes, it's solved without getting a reply from the support.
*Update* : It's now "complete" instead of "processing", but then another problem occurs.
When I try to locate it on etherscan, it says : "Sorry, we are unable to locate this Transaction Hash".
Oh, come on! I guess I'll have to wait for another 48 hours.
But it's better now though, because they processed it. I think.
