In that case, you should contact Hotmail about it to confirm first and request to unblock the incoming mails from the exchange in the future. If that won't do, I think you already need to change your email address in Cryptopia (using a different service provider) by sending a ticket with the reason that you have this problem.

Just used cryptopia for 5 times as far as i remember when i do sell out some coins and ive been using gmail email provider which i dont really experience any problems with it. Keep on trying to contact hotmail if there's really a problem within their network / server.
