Last night I transfered some ethereum to Cryptopia from bitstamp, I can see the coin are in the wallet address :0x9a5165df0fee5c3fe9658a1c894a21c1b790fc35.
But they are not showing up in the Cryptopia Balances. And the admin is not answering my ticked so what can I do to get there attention ? I am beginning to suspect them for scammers but what do you guys think ?

Anyone with similar problems?

You should be careful with ETH blockchain - it has many bugs

Cryptopia support work slowly, but it works good..

I`ve been waiting for 2 months, but finally, my lost tokens was deposited to my balance..
Btw, the token has made x3 by that time, so my suffering has been paid Roll Eyes

Coins doesn't reach quickly to wallets I guess confirmation takes too long these days. I had mine almost 12 hours before it got completed. But give cryptopia some time, I have the same problem but they replied professionally. They don't turned like how bittrex as of now, I hope not anytime soon. They do have a thread here by the way so posting your concern there will help.

Thx for the answers and I'm going to try the facebook group maybe whey will answer. It ś frustrating to know that your money is locked like that, but I will try to be  patient and hope for the best, I always send a small amount first, but it's the first I skipped that, I guess lesson learned.

Having the same problem, and the same complete lack of a response. I've watched my potential gains go from 3x to 2x while they ignore me. Not thrilled, to say the least. And I have used Cryptopia in the past without issue; for some reason they've just decided that it is acceptable to keep wallets locked up in 'maintenance' that should've been completed yesterday.

It always pays well to do extensive due diligence before sending coins to anyone, even to exchanges. Knowing bitcoin's irreversible nature, checking and doublechecking is even more warranted than ever.

Now that you have sent the coins to Cryptopia's hot wallet, the challenge begins here. As you probably know by now, you are not the only one dealing with these account issues. The slow response and silent treatment is a very frustrating process but what's even more nerve racking is the loss of opportunities to trade those coins and possibly even make a decent profit.

Bittrex is another example of a rogue exchange with zero consideration for their customers. I have read stories of locked amounts in excess of $1 million. I would lose my mind if I had bitcoins worth that much $ but blocked indefinitely.

I've been seeing this problem since October or earlier???. I don't know what exactly is going on but there's certainly a problem unsolved. This is such an inconvenience if this becomes a typical problem which keeps bouncing back and forth because users have to contact the support everytime.

Anyways, Expect your problem to be solved at a slow pace as wallet issues in cryptopia are handled only by a limited number of people furthermore if you read their forum there's a tons of people complaining for their unsolved ticket which increases the workload of cryptopia's support team.

I don't know if this will work but you can try following up your support ticket number in their social media accounts below as well as in their forum
