Thank you for your submission in order for us to unlock your account and progress your registration please ensure that your ticket includes the following to ensure the fastest resolution:
• Your basic account information being your registered email, username.
This should be combined with as much historical Cryptopia account information as you can recall, primarily:
• Trades
• Balances
• Deposits
• Withdrawals
• Wallet addresses
• Payment IDs
• Transaction IDs
• Login dates
• IP address
• Registration date
Alternatively, if you were a level 2 or 3 verified Cryptopia user, please include within the request a valid photo ID, as well as a picture of yourself holding the same photo ID with a handwritten note of today’s date.
