I invested 10 btc in cryptory.com , and withdrawal 10.1262 at 20th March.
But receive nothing until now!
I opened a ticket in cryptory, the admin just tell me it's blockchain issue
as they have already sented it to me by shared send.
this is the transaction url they give to me:

I really don't know if it is the truth or they just fool me.
is there anyone know something about this?
