Facebook is a giant company. I'm not sure facebook can complete the metaverse first. but i'm sure once the metaverse starts a lot of facebook will take over all those metaverses by creating their own bigger metaverse. This is a wonderful thing, some people will be more real in the virtual world.
I believe facebook can do it, facebook is the first big company to step into building the first metaverse world and they are getting results, although the result is not as expected, can be seen in the video above, but they have enough time to edit and perfect it in the future. I believe the metaverse will be the main field and trend in the future from the market as well as outside the real world.

If you are underestimating facebook and you have been picking the wrong company, Facebook was a billions company and this company has lots of resources to make it happen. Meta has been showing a good progress and so far this will become a new era for people. I think that you must try to see the progress that has been made by meta, the progress is very fast.

I've preferred to see it simple but having an entertaining design for this will absolutely attract new users. I presume that Zuckerberg will be able to see the feedback from the community as this will help them more. I know it was still under study but somehow, it had a huge impact that needs attention as this will give away an idea of which design is more acceptable, otherwise it is never be appreciated. But on the other side, it was at least we see metaverses are doing good for now and changing their direction to a better one. I was looking forward as well.
I also like simple because it is easy and relaxing. But there are also opinions in our minds that say graphics are necessary to be impressive to the extent that this is worth billions in dollars. Young people like us will not understand what is really going on. It could be that Zuckerberg consulted scientists, doctors and psychologists on what could be the best graphics for his metaverse.
On the bright side, Zuckerberg building a metaverse is a show of support and acceptance that crypto inventions cannot be denied and it is the future.
I just saw an ad that popped on my facebook profile about Meta and metaverse. It's from that page and they're advertising it. While most of the people in the crypto world are already thinking that Metaverse isn't that good as of the moment.
Here they are, they're making ads and making people aware of the Metaverse which is kind of odd for me because they should have done that since last year and although they're not that late at all if this is a long term project but, the timing is quite bad because of the bear market.

Metaverse have very big potential. This is caused by the fact that if metaverse was still being used by so many people. Metaverse was not the same like play to earn game. Metaverse is still being developed by so many companies. There are so many people who have been investing in the metaverse.

That's why we have seen even the popular companies are already engaging and making their own version of it. I mean, some are doing their own NFTs and some are updating their technologies to fit in the Metaverse. This is why this one is so big and you might not want to miss this chance to invest in them with the money you can afford to lose of course.

But judging by Facebook's metaverse vision, I can say that Mark Zuckerberg is really serious about creating a real metaverse, not just temporary hype. He is the guy who built the facebook empire and now maybe the metaverse is what he is aiming for. Currently, Facebook users in the US can use NFT as their profile picture, and the feature will roll out worldwide soon. Their goal is to apply to the entire social network ecosystem they own including instagram and whatapp.

Obviously it’s going to take at least a decade before it could be what it is advertised to be. Let’s face the reality that we are in a world where it is not easy to have progress in tech but also easy at the same time. How is it easy?Well, the tech that has been worked on for many years keep having better improvements all the time, there are stuff that people started working on 8-10 years ago (like gpu world for example) and finishing now so you see a bigger and better improvement, while we are using 3000's series, 4000's series already started to worked on before 3000's were released. But things that are new, things that wasn't worked on, takes years, because that’s from scratch.

It is said that it was only a vision so it is not final yet but they will continue working to improve the game. Is the graphics really that bad for them to say that it was laughable? I bet those who laugh out there cant build their own game even with a basic graphics. What they are expecting? The game to have real world graphics like what is seen on a ps5?I think each game devs has their own ideas. Look at minecraft, roblox and now we have sandbox in the crypto category. Their graphics doesn't also look realistic but it was cartoonish and pixelated, yet it still attract billions of players worldwide. Maybe that is what mark zuckerberg trying to achieve there.
it's just still early phase, i think majority of metaverse enthusiast just doesn't understand that it definitely requires time for something big like metaverse to be improved in many things, it's just like the case with the new gta game, its looks so bad because it's still in very early of development stage, eventually many things will gets refined.

I agree to this. I think it's still to early to judge because of what the selfie of Mark Zuckerberg looks like. They invested few billions in it and I think that's not the final result they are offering to us. Our technology is evolving and Metaverse is trying to conquer the space by leading it. Remember what facebook looks like before and what it is now. Facebook is like now all in one platform and I expect to see a revolutionizing evolution from metaverse as time goes on. I also think they have plans to make it available into masses in the future knowing that most of the people have basic devices like smartphone and won't spend on something like Oculus.

You may be surprised that they leaked this as well to see the publics reaction to their progress so far, that cannot be the final work, or even if it was, they have their response now and will definitely go back to work. Criticism is good for progress, maybe they just needed a dose of it.
You sure didn’t watch the whole content of the video. Mark Zuckerburg is not dumb enough to release that low quality graphics a final output of his metaverse project. He just want to show a glimpse of what they are doing and they are doing it from scratch. Meta is not planning a mediocre metaverse like what we are seeing in crypto space because they are planning to have a metaverse that has global scope. They plan to this for many years so I’m sure he just want to show where they begin and update is on the improvement later on because you can’t showcase properly your product if you will not start first showing the ugly part.

I wouldn't say the current crypto metaverse projects are any good. They are all the same and people play/use the metaverse only for the "profits" they hope of making.
