obviously i cannot do that without knowing anything about the borrower.

Getting borrower's dox won't help. If someone wants to scam you they'll give you fake documents, and if you get genuine ones there is no protection against misuse, either intentionally or by negligence.

Even in the unlikely event of someone submitting genuine dox AND defaulting on a loan - what are you gonna do? Sue them? You haven't thought this through at all.

I try to offer a competitive loan service with low collateral, but obviously i cannot do that without knowing anything about the borrower.
I can't get the reason of why you ask for personal info of the borrower. How this is related to establish a competitive loan service? Note that we're talking about btc loans in a psydoanonyme forum, unless you are willing to offer fiat loans or accept fiat collaterals.
I also agree with the opinion of Suchmoon which you don't answer properly.

I do not use Telegram. You can pm me or e-mail me. You will have a reply in 24 hours max.
There is no email mentioned in op. You have to upgrade in rank so users can pm you here or everyone has to change his forum profile settings to send messages to newbies.

Anyone who does not trust me can borrow with higher collateral and we could use a trusted escrow service from the forum. I hope that i will build my reputation in time. I don't try to scam or dox anyone

This means nothing coming from a newbie account. Offering under-collateralized loans and asking for KYC is a major red flag. A loan can be repaid but KYC can't be "unseen" so you could run micro loans for a few months and then sell the dox or extort the former clients or whatever you wanna do... you got no reputation to lose.

If you prefer anonymity, then you can choose to borrow with greater collateral. I don't try to scam or dox anyone

This is what I do. I drink and I know things.
ok.. Maybe i will. I did not consider this being so important

Something though that it is important and you didn't consider it as well, is the KYC requirements of yours.
Since most of us around here prefer anonymity, something which is fundamental when it comes to BTC, by asking personal info it sounds more like you want to get their dox instead of lending your BTC.

I also believe that nobody from high rated escrows will agree to hold as collateral the dox of a borrower, so perhaps you should remove the KYC part...

The second thread is about loans with identification. In my first thread the loan service does not have such requirements, but involves greater amount of collateral

Then why don't you edit it, as you did before with the Escrow term? Besides you don't offer a different service...

what about escrow?

As I see Op include in his ToS about using a trusted escrow.

7. I am willing to use a trusted escrow service, as long as the borrower is charged with the relevant fees.

My question to the Op is why he has to create a thread over and over again... The first is more than enough.

what about escrow? Anyone interested in lending any amount from op must use escrow as there are high chances of collateral scam and identity fraud.
