With discrete random variables, you can ask questions about absolute probabilities, like whats the probability that I get a 4 in the next roll? Or, if your opponent rolls the die, and gets a 3 and its your turn to attack, you might wonder whats the probability of getting a value higher than 3?

This is a rather long clause, but Ill try to explain it. If the random number between 0 and 100 falls within the disasterChance range (for us, that is 10%), then a disaster is initiated. We generate a random number to figure out how much damage well do. Itll fall between 5% and 20%. Well multiply this by the length of the people dictionary to get a 520% slice of the population. Well then cut that slice out (effectively killing 520% of our population).
