First, It's another copycat of cex.io.
Second, anything that requires you to deposit in order to claim your winnings is a scam.
Third, if there's no way to confirm if the game is provably fair, then better stay away.

Please don't deposit anything, these type of scams are very common. I haven't used this particular site but have seen several like this.
