Has anyone heard any rumors about companies that want to purchase Cryptsy?

Just read the blog and the bounty of 1000BTC is really big. Not sure if it's true what they writed about it I am only not thinking it's smart they start over again deposits so far they didn't fix all the problems. There are also some other bugs in the system. And not all of them are done by hackers some are big bugs and so far they can keep telling someone hacked them. But is there a possibility that they stole the coins by there self and blaim another hacker. I just wonder what really happened.

So what do you think they are trying to achieve with allowing minor coin withdrawals but no trade?
Unfortunately I had my preferences set to auto sell into BTC or LTC all the alts I deposited.

Has anyone seen a plan from Cryptsy about how they are going to get out of this mess? They have had a year and a half to think about it.

They run out of resource to pretend the hack hasn't occurred. So they have to choose to face it. http://www.newsbtc.com/2016/01/17/cryptsy-spread-the-loss-to-all-users-and-allow-trades-to-continue/
yes, there are a few solutions in front of them. It is really a tough choice.

I think they were hoping to have enough deposits to cover withdrawals.  It worked for a year and a half and then they ran out of money (assuming that the hack and theft was legit). I don't get why they are allowing some altcoins to be withdrawn unless they think they could be in some legal trouble if they hold coins that they didn't say were stolen.  The problem with that theory though is that they are also not allowing fiat to be withdrawn and they haven't claimed that was stolen.

The plan is to take your money and run.

Unfortunately, I don't think we will see any money from bitcoins, litecoins, or fiat that are being held by cryptsy.  I also would be very surprised if the owner ever comes back to the US to face potential lawsuits.

Yesterday at least Netcoin opened up for withdraw.

You can see which are available in your account.

how exactly can you see it in your account, is there a special note?

or do you have to try out all the hundrets of altcoins everyday?

You click "Balances", wallets not on maintenance are the ones open for withdrawal.

I'm wondering if they will really open the major coins like doge, ltc, or btc. It will create a massive sell off if they won't open all these wallets at the same time as people will try to go to the coins where they can withdraw their funds even at a loss.

I don't think bitcoin and litecoin will open for withdraw, but doge might open.

Cryptsy Announcement: http://blog.cryptsy.com/ ALL trading and deposits are OFF. More wallets opened for withdrawal 1/25/2016

They claim new wallets are open, but the blog does not contain new information the last post is from 1/19/2016
Does anyone have new info which wallets are newly opened for withdrawl?

I tried yesterday ifc & ltc , they are blocked, and my vtc are vanished in the balance sheet so i cant even try to withdrawl them.
