 0.01 BTC is fair enough.

You hit the nail on the head.  Nothing says vile, evil greed like taking a whole dollar!   Roll Eyes

If I was the owner, I would remove all fees for the next 2 weeks... It would work so much better... And people stay where they are when they get used to it.

Support already replied, they are quick  Smiley
He said they will lower the fee.

Thats good because I sold 230 powercoins and didnt even make enough to meet the withdraw fee so I wrote it off. free .001 btc they will never touch is better then paying .01 IMO. I might go back to check the lowered fee but at this point I could care less since I'm not bothering with pwc anymore.

I e-mailed support, they responded but apparently this was a mistake, because he thinks the network charges this much.
E-mail them too, they will lower the fee after it's clear for them.

Just convert it to WDC and withdraw it to mcxNOW with a 0.1 WDC fee. Convert it back to BTC at mcxNOW and withdraw from there with a 0.005 BTC fee. Amount eaten by fees is minimal or even pays for itself depending on the price you get rid of your WDC at mcxNOW.

Ha ha ha, yeah seems so smart. No chance of currency diff killing you there at all. Especially dealing with different muppet coins with no order depth..  Roll Eyes

Do these guys think they are BTC-E ? Not going to make any further us of the site until this is corrected.  Gross to have to pay $1.20 or so for a simple withdrawal action.

BTER, a much more established exchange, only charges .001 BTC per withdrawal

A key reason I rarely use BTC-E, despite its robustness and entertaining troll box, is that withdrawal fee

I'd call that a stupid tax, for bothering with fails coins to begin with Roll Eyes

No kidding. Why would anyone throw good money after bad on cryptonit, mxcnow or cryptsy? Yeah trust $1000s with a basement server run by teenagers, seems like a great idea right?

You just need to be patient and wait for a sale. I've already done the above procedure with PWC --> BTC --> WDC --> mcxNOW --> BTC and made extra on every leg of the trade.

Pain in the ass, yes. But it does save you fees that are over the odds.

yeah. I also think 0.05 is seriously too high. I bet they wanted to write 0.005 ^^

There is no depth to make that worth, specially at cryptsy

There should be a "troll tax" for this forum - people who never contribute anything useful and their post count is purely from useless spammy troll posts, should pay a fee.
What do you think about that, Hydro?  Wink
