About four hours for transferring coins to and from cryptsy is about the times I have experienced. Disappearing coins and reappearing much later is my worst experience with them.

I've noticed the delay as well. I think it's the sheer volume of Dodgecoin that is effecting Cryptsy's ability to process transactions in a timely manner. I've seen some of my pending deposits with 400+ confirmations.
On the bright-side, it looks like dodgecoin's value is rising again.

i transfered 100k doge from cryptsy to vicurex 4 hours ago, still pending ...cryptsy laggin ? (again..) or bugging ?
when i transfer from vicurex to others it takes 10-15 min max...
