Thanks. I appreciate it. Not having access to the API has crippled my trading bot for a week now so I'd really like to get this resolved.

And it's resolved. It took a few days to get to the bottom of it but they gave me a work around and and I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you very much!

I just withdrew several different coins for unrelated reasons to this post. It works fine for me.
