Yeah, I had that problem as well. Filed a ticket, and it was resolved in 12 hours. Still, 12 hours to get my coins sent? Not a happy camper. And the API hasn't worked for a week. No movement on that ticket in a few days now, although BitJohn just said he'd take a look at it now, so fingers crossed.
I added a note to your ticket and apologize for the delay in your previous issue. Hopefully you should be hearing back from Vern on your API question very soon.

And it's resolved. It took a few days to get to the bottom of it but they gave me a work around and and I'm a satisfied customer. Thank you very much!
