Is there anyone who still trusts Cryptsy at this point? Why are we still talking about them?

Because they still have millions in customer funds.

People who have funds there should contact a lawyer. I don't think posting about it on this forum will help.

Link in my SIG..

I posted PROOF first on the web to PROVE that original news story -IS- true !

Link in my SIG..

2 guys in the SIG link mentioned starting a lawsuit too.. thrillhou and another guy.
thrill house is the OP of that topic and asked people to PM him about it if your serious about the lawsuit.
I forgot the other guys name but of you post and ask you can get his name etc.

Although yes there are problems at craptsy right now, this is just another butchering guess turned into a "news". Let's hope they will gather some google ads clicks for beer money

Honestly, are there still people believing those "crypto news" websites? Just filled with paid infomercials, underlying motives, semi-hidden agendas, etc...

Is it good news or bad news

Cryptsy has to go, that's the good news, the rest is all bad and another stain on Bitcoin since if this is actually confirmed you can already read the headlines. No wonder many people think of Bitcoin as a scam or extremely risky business. And to be honest it's understandable, what guarantees do we have that Poloniex or another exchange won't end up doing the same?

Of course it can.  It will make people aware of the situation.

Glad I got my funds completely out, even if I had to take a loss due to much higher altcoin prices. Don't want to wait until the site is down due to a "hacker attack" like it was usual in 2015. If you still have funds, you might want to get them out ASAP via altcoins (wait for better prices before you sell them).

The first exchange that runs in Etherium gets my trust.

Crypto currency is up to this point a "mining the investors" paradigm. Not even Bitcoin has achieved viability as a DECENTRALIZED ideal that brought us here in the first place!

Bitcoinist has received exclusive news regarding Cryptsy that is related to the issues surrounding the cryptocurrency exchange as of late. According to a confirmed source, who wishes to remain anonymous, the company has moved out of the building that housed its headquarters. This move was unannounced, and was discovered accidentally when our source went to the building to visit the team.
