I've had the following happen on multiple occasions before giving up entirely on their exchange:
This was all over 2 months ago, so they may have improved since then.
heres another complaint.. that makes 3 dissatisfied customers... i too have gave up on cryptsy all together - deposits have taken days, or gone into the hundreds of confirmations before being credited
- deposits don't show up at all without opening a ticket
- support claimed I never made a deposit
- the lag is just so bad that it results in lost buy orders or coins never being credited back into your account from a canceled order but then they show up like 20 mins later
- support needed to escalate the ticket to whoever supports the support staff
- trades resulting in a negative balance, which resulted in opening a ticket that was never resolved, so I made a new account only to experience the same problems even more frequently probably due to not having as much trade volume as the previous account

- made purchases on i coin i never made (sent a support ticket no response, was for a small amount so i didnt bother resending another)
- back when BC forked i lost many coins but support claims everything is okay
- support needed to escalate the ticket to whoever supports the support staff
- trades resulting in a negative balance
. I wish everyone would just boycott this pos exchange.. please tell me your scam stories i would love to hear them.
