That happened to me the first time I tried to get in to cryptsy as well. However after that It's been working all fine and I enjoy trading with them. They have reported high server load before and that they had a hard time coping with the ever growing demand in the beginning. I believe this should be fixed now.

try re-sending the code, soon after it ask for it. if not, cryptsy support is very helpful. IRC channel #cryptsy_support. Be sure to have a ticket ready.

I know, but its the best exchange in terms of support for a variety of coins, and speed. I reccomend submitting a support ticket, wait for a reply (I know it takes forever) and for cryptsy to disable the pin. Once (or if) you enable the pin code again, use a texting app to receive the pin (like text now, text free, voxox, or google voice)

This is the third time I have had this problem with Cryptsy.
I can not log in to withdraw my coins. The password does
not work and the Captcha text is so illegible I can't even
guess what it is. I put in support tickets, if they ever reply
its after weeks. I just want to get my coins out and close
my account.
EVERYONE be aware of what a sleazy exchange Cryptsy is!

I had a similar issue however the code arrived after about an hour. I did send support an email and had a quick response though.

I recently set up the option to login to my account by having a text code sent to my cell phone. Since I set that up I have not been able to log in. I put in username and password then I am brought to a screen that asks for pin. but no pin is sent to my phone. I then click resent auth code but receive an error message that says

An Error Occurred Re-sending Auth Code. Cancel Login and Try Again

anyone else having problems with this?

Where do I turn for help??

I attempted to get help from cryptsy support site but honestly think that site is worthless at this point.

Any info would be much appreciated
