im wary of the email sent but the site itself seems legit
kinda hard to prove dates purchased for mined coins, or even bought coins.

It is similar to kraken's mtgox settlement, but the time of compensation has no ETA, so did rush altcoin exchange. Victims can hardly get the money back. I have to say this, but hope is good, right?
