Hello.
Yesterday i've put money on orders for different markets. My BTC balance goes straight from "avilable BTC" column to "held for orders BTC" so zero BTC was left - all was held up. The trade occured - someone received my 0.7BTC and i received someone 4000QRK

The appropriate sum was withdrawn from my held column and everything was ok. Suddenly, after audit, i've discovered that my BTC available balance (that was zero) gone to negative value.

What? How does this possible? i've already paid for this order and someone received my money. Why are you decided to take it twice?
My BTC balance became negative but i was still having money on held orders.

Then cryptsy engine started to cancel my orders and money from held value started to fall into negative balance disapearing in the air!

I did not cancel this transactions - it was done automaticaly by cryptsy.
The held balance started to fade away as orders started to cancel

The blue column was flowing to red debt, issued by cryptsy double spent and i wasn't able to do anything with that.
Now all of my meaningful orders with held BTC are cancelled - my "BTC available" column is positive but i lost 0.7 BTC in this reflow.

It's very frustrating for me and with foggy scheme of money holding (if you put money on cryptsy you can realize that they are not stored in block you've put them in - they gone somewhere else, maybe even outside cryptsy), with no support answering, i'm starting to concern about this trading market.

I think we all need explanation of what happens on cryptsy. And not only explanation but return of our money that was mistakenly spent by cryptsy engine.

ps: I guess cryptsy just covering own expenses shared with double withdrawal. But i don't want to help to do this on MY MONEY.
