In that app, you will find some setting options and an option sync. Do that and try again.
cryptsy.com use google 2FA,but in my mobile not install any app.
so,i cant sync app.
cryptsy.com allow me answer security question,to disable 2FA function.
but i not remember answer.

cryptsy.com is the worse service i have ever experienced and for your problem all i can suggest is to go try to sync it and see if it works !!

Don't use craptsy guy . If you think Mtgox is bad , cryptsy is by far the worst of exchange.
