First of all are these accounts level 3/ qualified for MM, or are they already level 21 for prime? 10$ for a copy of csgo which normally goes on sale for less then 2$, it seems a bit harsh.

Firstly, my apologies for posting on my wrong section. Fairly new in here.
These are not private rank 2 nor are they level 21 for prime. As of now, CSGO is sold at $15USD on Steam Store. Even if you purchase it off G2A, you're getting it 9USD with the disability to add friends. Well for some people, they would want a smurf right now and the next steam sales wouldn't happen in these few months.
