Since I couldn't succeed with my laptop. I've tried with my  wife's. It is almost same spect except it has GTX 1050 4gb. I've tried same setups and new setups.

Intrestingly, results are worst on GTX 1050.

On PhonixMiner, I can't get even an error. It just don't work and shuts down. On 850m ıt boots at least. Here is the screen shot: https://hizliresim.com/2IJYI4

On lolminer tho, I get kernel error. I can't get it working. I've tried exceat same stups forum my computer and completly fresh ones. It didn't boot up either. Here is the screenshot: https://hizliresim.com/V5OAoc

I couldn't find a solution. If GTx 1050 also don't work, I belive 4gb mining is not an option. But I get whole diffrent results. I know people can mine on GTX 1050's. Is that right?

Big problem is its 850M m=mobile so not quite same.  Better to move to more modern card.  The 4g lolminer trick works fine with 4xx/5xx cards.  The 850M is probably not gonna do it.

On The screenshot you attached , you can see clearly, you have 4GB of video ram ( 4GB VRAM ).
You cant mine ETH with any VGA card(GPU) with 4GB of memory

55°C  Fan: 1.7    Hash: 27.04    01 Ellesmere RX 570 113-D0003400_100 Samsung 4gb

While it would be correct to say it is very close to the end of profitable mining on 4gb....it is incorrect to say you cannot do it any more.

Lolminer + 4gb cards still on ETH nicely.

I've tried lolminer today. I tried 4G minin instructions. Changing keepfree and alloc size values.

"      --keepfree 16 --4g-alloc-size 3992
      --keepfree 24 --4g-alloc-size 3984
      --keepfree 32 --4g-alloc-size 3976
      --keepfree 40 --4g-alloc-size 3968
      ...
"

I get this error. https://hizliresim.com/Oo2vrT If I continue decreasing values, I get less epoch every time. I I understood here, system gives me 397 epoch task, but because of my setting I have 368 epoch capacity here. If that is howit works.

Then I started increasing values untill I get enoughf epoch. I get anther error then.

Again, I have same problem here but the reverse version I guess.

So, problem coused by my settings of my hardware. I read maxwell GPUs can mine eth. Ang my card is also maxwell.

That you for all your anwers. But I am little bit confused. I read 4gb or more Vram necessray, and I have 4 gb. Now some of you said it is not enougf now, and some of you said I should use more compatiple miner.

Is that really possible to mine eth in 4gb card today? And if not, could I mine anything else with ths GTX 850m card that can be somehow considired as profitible?

Your card doesn't have enough VRAM and the heat output would kill that poor laptop anyways

Your card is too old. Try to use CryptoDredge and Cryptonight-Gpu mining. It is one of the best algos for your GPU.

this is an altcoin question I asked for it to be moved to alt coins

it appears to me that your gpu is 4g not 6gb or 8gb so it can not mine eth.

try nicehash kapow al-gore-rhythm
