Unwilling or unable to help you any further? What exactly is the problem? You could have mentioned more details in the OP.Is the phone where you have your 2FA app installed no longer working for any reason?
When you set up 2FA, the site always gives you a backup code. In case you no longer have access to the 2FA device, you can always regain control through this backup code. Do you have it?
Check out these support threads about security & signing in. Maybe you can find something useful there.
You can't find any solution to your problem on here than writing to the exchange customer service and hope they review your problem and ask for other verifications just to know if truly you are the real owner of that account, 2FA security isn't something you should lose access to, next time always have a backup just in case.
