I think there's still a way for people who held Bitcoin on 4 July.2015 to get some free stellar, but only Bitcoin whales stand any chance of getting a big amount of free stellar. There's only crumbs available for little Bitcoin holders, and Bitcoin whales have too much money to care about claiming free stellar.
