But this was 100% acceptable in the Middle Ages, when the kingdom went against the kingdom, and the one who was better armed, who had more supplies, who was more cunning, won. When the wealthy people in wall street thinks they could profit in a war against a foreign country, they'd approve it. Economic gain is always going to be a priority.  And I mean Taiwan is thousands of miles away from US but they are now talking about millions of USD worth of military equipment to be sold to Taiwan.

We are in the brink of WW3 just a France declaring to support Taiwan. Its a country so far, no Taiwanese probably ever visits there. If they are concern about chips, its not like the Chinese will not sell every products they have to anyone. They sell whatever they have to make money. But its good that US and China's defends minister are in talks in the Asia's premier security summit. There's hope for WW3 to not happen yet.

Ukraine is a pawn on the chessboard that Nato uses against Russia, if Zelensky had been sober, things would not have turned out in this cruel way.
This is Nato's war with Russia but they have borrowed Ukrainian land as a place to fight and it is the Ukrainian people who are suffering the consequences of what Nato calls justice.
BRICS is growing stronger and will certainly be a counterweight to Nato in the near future, the world economic axis will gradually shift to no longer depend too much on the dominance of the EU.

You can't argue though that Russia is diplomatically acting more and more similar to the facist Nazi Germany of the 1930s, expanding eastward (or in this case westward) to occupy more land they believe to be theirs.

That is why its important to check the Russian advance because if they are not restrained now, then that's basically demonstrating that: "See, you can occupy the country ad the Western Powers won't do anything about it." (Hitler said something similar after occupyig part of Czeckoslovakia).

And the advance would continue all the way up to a second Poland-esque country which NATO would not surrender without a world war (which is exactly how WWII started). That is why its important not to allow Russia to occupy Ukraine.

And many Arab and Latin countries are backing Russia's policies not because they like them, but because the US foreign policy is not favorable to them. It's not like you can expect a country to adopt a policy just because US wants it to. Just look at Bashar al Asad of Syria for example, without Russia's help, his regime (as bad as it might be to civilians) would be smashed into smithereens by now. Ditto Eritrea, Iran, Turkey, etc.

IMHO, we're still quite far from seeing the end of the war of Russia and Ukraine. With the last news that I've seen, Finland is about to step in.
There is still, and tremendous of money is being made when there's a war and everybody knows about that. The rates will continue to hike and it seems unstoppable but I believe that there's an end on it but for now, we're not yet seeing it.

Ukraine is fighting an unwinnable war but behind them is the NATO that keeps pushing them to die. Once Zelensky will have a clear mind and start thinking he is just adding to the problem that Ukrainians are worrying about, he'll come to his senses. Russia has bigger to offer than what NATO is providing them.

What will EU get from this Ukraine that is the most corrupt country in the region? Ukraine isn't even a democratic country to begin with but their media keeps shouting they are.

Countries haven't provided much in weapons cost wise (except a few countries on the border of Ukraine which have given a lot considering their size) and most training being offered probably isn't costing them anything more than normal as they'd already have to pay for training of their own personnel.

To make it more simple war needs money but money comes from debt so debt comes from lower rates.
War= bullish markets and lower rates.
No war= economy down higher rates.
Its not the general rule but only now becouse things have gone too far economic and monetary system is this is what couse all of this.

I am not sure if it is as the OP says. There is logic to the argument, but to begin with, NATO countries are not in direct conflict with Russia, they are providing arms to Ukraine, and that in their total budgets is not a very large amount. So I don't see the correlation between rate hikes/liquidity withdrawal and the war having to end.

This is something that everyone in the world wants to happen immediately. But how to stop this war, I see no sign that either side is willing to negotiate to end this futile battle. Tensions escalate as Nato is trying to cut off Russia's oil revenue so that Russia can no longer fund the war, but that doesn't seem to affect Russia, Ukraine won't have any deal because they are fighting to protect their country, their citizens.
Inflation will continue to rise and the Fed is poised to raise interest rates higher.

If inflation worsens to highest then rate hikes will shrink liquifity.
Current war might be stop and russia ukraine will go pause or maybe make peace agreement.
When money supply stops there is no money for war.
So ecb is about to protect value of euro to hike rates so war and also pandemics can not coming when central banks will make rates higher.
