I'm willing to use an escrow but your gonna need to be the one to find them and put them in touch or at the very least tell me how to go about getting an escrow. That or you can simply send payment to me directly(after I've delivered to your email).

Or if the purpose of buying art from me is so that you can put it on apparel you can buy any of the ones I've already got listed at the price on redbubble

Or you can request the design specifically from me, tell me which item or items you want it on and I'll add it to shop. No addition fees, all you'll need to do is pay redbubbles listed price for whichever item or items your ordering. My redbubble profile can be found here under dastardly dorky.

Am I correct in assuming that the name that appears on all of them is your name on another platform?
- If the answer to that is "YES", you should link your profile here as proof and if it's "NO", it'd be better if the sample you include had your current forum name attached to them.

I'd then create it and once they approve
You might want to also mention the number of revisions prior to accepting a job.

1 that's my real name on those samples and it won't be signed on art that is made for clients
2 if revisions are needed I'll allow two revisions at most.

Well he'd own the rights to said art and get the finished product as a jpg file sent via email... what I'm selling isn't an nft I don't know almost anything about nfts it's also not the samples at the link I'm selling, the buyer would need to tell me what he or she wants in their art and I'd then create it and once they approve they'd need to send payment then I'd send the jpg to their desired email address and delete the jpg from my own device. That's kinda what I've got in mind. They can use it on or for anything they want. The time and effort I put into each piece of digital art is worth the roughly $25 to $30. That's the equivalent roughly of 1 mbtc right now.

It is nice you have such a skill. You can take part in the mentioned art contest by a reputable member as posted. When it comes to financial aspect of payment, you know how sceptical people are when it comes to money coupled with the fact that you are a newbie here. Would you not accept escrow services here to hold the payment in their possession when your client here receives their order, you receive your payment upon confirmation of delivery.

I'm not exactly new, I've been on Bitcointalk for over a year now. So there's no need to call me a newbie.
2 I'm not against an escrow(infact if I knew exactly how to set one up and could then maybe I'd even feel a bit safer)

I don't understand digital art, but it's the first time I've seen someone like this want to sell their art. What will happen after paying the amount? Will he get an NFT, will the painting be sold and shipped home, or will he own the intellectual rights of that art, or what?

The digital art is a type of art that's created digitally (which means no use of any physical art stuff like pencils, pens, canvas paper, etc,) and that type of art can be delivered to the buyer without any extra cost. This type of deals are done by freelancers on Facebook and other freelancing platforms and they offer such services to the clients. If someone pays the amount then the artist will create the art and send the created art to the buyer.

The art can be used as NFT if the buyer wants to use it as NFT or the buyer may participate in a contest and outsource the art from such freelancers like the OP. This type of painting is digital in nature and there is no physical footprint of such art. Basically the creator owns the intellectual rights of the art but in this case the creator will give complete rights to the buyer. I have been into freelancing platforms and freelancers always offer such type of art services on Fiverr and other freelancing sites.
