I will disable Paypal cards if you feel free, however as i stated this cards can verify almost everything as long as all details are correct.

As I don't have time to check Paypal USA verifications right now, Paypal verifications are disabled for now, hope everyone understands.

Custom loaded ones are still available.

I not ruin his trade i just prevent that he scam someone you can NOT VERIFY USA paypal via only vcc. That is simply unfair to claim something false and if he is not sure himself he can simply google it or as other seller i sold myself vcc cards for a while and i know that paypal now need more than a simple vcc to be verifed.
