once I called this call center and asked for a refund, they said "no" and hanged up
no explanation, no nothing

In my youth I worked in a deli and served many customers. Working with people is one of the most complex works. You should always be able to cope with their emotions and to be a good psychologist. If you are by nature hot-headed then you will be hard to get used to this kind of work.

Yes .. I got very bad service by customer service at hospital, at that time I brought my grandfather critical, but because we have low class or insurance, we also served with their wishes, where my grandfather dormant in emergency room, Abandoned Up to 2 hours. Very different ministry between the rich and the poor in the hospital in my city

I just want to commend Lazada for making all my deliveries fast. They exceeded my expectation when they have delivered my camera 2 days earlier than the said delivery date. They also have free shipping and the costs of their products are much cheeper than other online stores. KUDOS!
