Hello everyone!
I'm looking for a Customer Support / Community Manager position (remote, full-time or part-time).

I have experience in technical support for an P2P-exchange platform (1 year) and a trading platform (3 years). I've been involved in cryptocurrency since 2017 and have knowledge of technical analysis of coins.

Responsibilities at my previous jobs:
⁃ Responding to live chats, email, and Telegram.
⁃ Moderating Telegram chats.
⁃ Creating FAQs / Help Desk.
⁃ Writing macros for the entire support team.
⁃ Recruiting and training new staff for the support team.
