I had experienced customer support of some exchanges/wallets, such as zebpay, binomo and wazirx.  From the customer support perspective  it is the interface and use of bot that is making experience least desirable.
What are your experiences with the customer support of various exchanges? What part of customer support needs some serious overhaul.

I had exprience also in many exchange but at the last time saw wazirx customer support is a bot but i think there should be also a support mail. In every time we cant express our problem in bot it is too ridiculous but if there is a support mail then it will be more perfect also if it is a live chat then it will more interesting for exchange user!!

I have had few problems on colodax, would send complain post on their telegram and in few minutes would get reply from one of the admins.

No product is without troubles but how fast you can help the user - it's what makes one better than another.

Nothing lasts forever
Fortunately I didn't ever require to contact the customer support much. There was just one occasion when I wanted to verify a BTC address in zebpay.
I contacted the customer support and my query was resolved. I even had to contact Binance once and their customer support is also good.
Other than that I didn't face any major issue. I have been using wazirx since the last few years.

I once had to contact the customer support of Giottus exchange. This was in 2019 when RBI ban was in place, my fiat deposit didn't get updated at that time. I had call them directly and it all went well. I am not sure how it works now as that was the only time I had contacted an exchange. I haven't faced any issue till now after that incident on any exchange.

Luckily never had to seek customer support from any of the Exchanges so far, but I know for sure that WazirX support is extremely good especially in their p2p segment, because once when I sold some crypto using p2p I could not enter on the interface that I have received the money in my bank account, after a few hours, a customer support executive called up to ensure whether I want to raise a dispute if I have not received the amount, and can I send my bank statement to confirm that, and even the amount was pretty small below 5k, so if they are calling and trying to resolve such petty issues chances are they have a robust customer grievance mechanism.
