More like 100%. The current network hashrate for DASH is around 35 TH/s, which is equivalent to about 2250 D3s. I expect Bitmain made at least 2k in their first batch.
All Dash/X11 pools will be affected equally.

So with the upcoming soon-to-be influx of new Antminer D3 (next week!!) - I've been thinking that the impact to the hashrate is going to be somewhere in the region of 15%. Do you think that there will be certain pools which will be more/less affected
