Since Tuesday(today) or Thursday? Never heard of a "thuesday" before 
That is an easy one to figure out? He has fat fingers and the E is near the R meaning he means Thursday.
OP that problem seems to be just on your end as I have had confirmed deposits.
Check your txid and make sure it has confirmed and if it has then contact their support, kraken is one of the most trusted and reliable exchanges I've ever used.
