Seems like a much smarter way to conduct a ico, that is if smart contract has no security issues like DAO had, which enabled hackers to drain everything. But, i like the concept, in the future it will all be ironed out and working as supposed.

This will be decided by the contributors themselves who, depending on how the project progresses, will vote to decide whether to continue releasing the funds or request a refund of the remaining funds.
