Welcome Guys, I am making this lotto for fun and for some money which i need i hope this runs as i hope too. Don't worry I will use escrow for the jackpot i will transfer these funds to a escrow someone trusted offcourse 
Any trusted Escrow is welcome here. This thread will also be self moderated so that i can clean the thread daily.
Rules?
Each ticket will let you pick 6 Unique numbers (1-29) for a draw every day which will take place every 12. PM PKT.
Tickets sales for each draw will end 5 minutes prior to the draw time. You can purchase unlimited numbers of tickets for each draw. Prizes will be paid at the time of the draw.
Now here is a twist instead of BTC to purchase ticket you will use points to buy a ticket.
1 point equal=0.05$
How will you buy points?
simple by BTC
How much does the ticket cost?
5 points meaning=5*0.05$=0.25$ per ticket
How much is the minimum deposit?
any amount you want even 50 cents will do the job. 50/0.25=2 tickets. anything above 50 cents will be considered as deposit.
How much is the minimum withdrawal?
Any thing above 50 cents so that fees costs don't become too much.
Each 5 Point ticket will be used as follow
0.50 points commission to the house
2 points is added to the 6 number jackpot
1.15 points is added to the 5 number daily prize pool
0.75 points is added to the 4 number daily prize pool
0.60 points is added to the 3 number daily prize pool
Prizes are paid for matching 3 or more numbers. For which you will share an equal portion of the applicable prize fund with any other winners that draw. In the event that there are no winners for the Jackpot, then it shall roll over to the next draw. And in the event there are no winners for 3, 4 or 5 number prizes; then the prize fund shall be added to the backup Jackpot. Which will replace the current 6 number jackpot when someone wins it.
