If you make too many requests in a certain period of time, the server will blackhole you, not allowing you to connect for something like 20 or 30 minutes. It happened to me when I repeatedly refreshed the prizes page. Each of the images on that page was a separate request and there were a lot of prizes when I was refreshing, so I ran up against the limit.
