Always use escrow when you are dealing with an untrusted trader. How could you believe a newbie who does not have any reputation at all in the forum?

He sell a twitter acc for $45, after negotiation he accept $32. And I go first with 10$ by BTC.
After send fund, he didn't send me info as promise, he said I have to send the whole. I asked for refund but he didn't
He still works and sales accounts. and scam me. Be alert. and do not deal with him.
