after a long time I was in this forum I still don't have courage to offer myself to be an escrow and finally I found this

you guys should understand that everyone was newbie somewhen
and they became an hero or smth.
it means when they was newbies they scammed and when they ranked up
they because legit?

It's true but offering escrows isn't the way to step into the community to build rep you need to be providing other services which can be escrowed by more trustworthy members and build up a rep that way.

The service you are trying to run holds money safely for people.
The only reason anyone would give money to an escrow service is if they have impeccable trust and reputation.
